Back on the low carb wagon.

Finally. Today, the symptoms of low blood sugar struck. I was feeling mentally foggy, depressed, and drained. However, I’m able to get into ketosis much faster than I used to.

My breakfast consisted of eggs, broccoli, spinach, collard greens, and jalapeno slices all scrambled together with some onion powder, garlic powder, turmeric, oregano, salt, and pepper thrown in for fun.

Lunch was macadamia nuts, ham, cheddar cheese, and pork rinds spread out over several hours.

Dinner was ground beef taco meat on a bed of fresh spinach, covered in copious amounts of shredded cheddar cheese and salsa.

Both the eggs and the ground beef were cooked in coconut oil.

Hopefully, I’m over the low blood dugar hump and will have ketones coursing through my veins on the morrow!
